My name is Gilda Sarceno and I am proudly cofounder of La Diferencia Restaurant along with my husband, this place is the culmination of my dreams ever since I came to this country, I wanted to have a place to call my own and to be able to serve the food that I love so much, it is my wish for all of our guests to have a memorable experience here with us and enjoy great food and drinks.
I am Luis Martinez, co-owner of La Diferencia Restaurant, along with my wife Gilda, a career builder by trade, I’ve had the honor of building some of the most popular Mexican restaurants around and, together with my wife it has been a lifelong dream of ours to have our own place, from picking the right colors for the walls to the bar style and decorations, this place is a creation of our own design, my wife picking the colors and decorations and me rebuilding the entire bar with my team, we know that it can look and be better and we are always working towards that goal but so far is yet another goal acomplished and the challenge now is to keep improving getting better by day and continue to bring the best to our guests.
